Information submitted through enquiries
The contact form asks for project enquiry details such as name, organisation, email, phone, service interest, production type, budget range, timeline and project summary. The form validates this information before submission and includes a hidden honeypot field to reduce automated spam.
Purpose of enquiry information
Enquiry details are used to review the request and respond using the contact information provided. When production SMTP delivery is configured, submissions are sent to the fixed server-side Varchaswaa Media recipient. The website reports an error rather than claiming success when delivery is unavailable.
First-party visitor analytics
The website uses random first-party visitor and tab-session identifiers to count unique visitors and deduplicated public page views. The server stores only HMAC-hashed identifiers, the public page path, time and referring hostname when available. It does not store raw IP addresses for analytics, create browser fingerprints or use third-party analytics scripts. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals disable this tracking.
Technical logs and security checks
The contact API uses request headers such as forwarded IP information for basic rate limiting. The site may also create ordinary hosting or server logs depending on the final production environment.
YouTube thumbnails and video playback
Public music and production pages may load YouTube thumbnail images from i.ytimg.com before playback. YouTube privacy-enhanced embeds from youtube-nocookie.com are loaded only after a visitor chooses to play an official video.
Third-party services
The site links to external services such as YouTube, Google Maps when map links are present, and listed social profiles. Social platforms are linked externally and are not embedded or loaded automatically by the network directory. External services may process information under their own policies once opened or loaded.
Retention and user rights
Final retention periods, deletion workflows and statutory privacy handling require client and legal confirmation before launch. Visitors can use the contact page to request privacy-related support.
